2024 was marked by an acceleration of numerous strategic projects, a strong innovation dynamic, and a renewed commitment to the sustainability of agricultural sectors.
- Results showing clear growth: over €200M in turnover, an increase in EBITDA, and a significant improvement in the product mix.
- A pivotal strategic plan: 24 active BECOME projects, 20 finalized by the end of 2024, involving nearly 100 employees worldwide.
- A reinforced innovation dynamic: 30 innovation projects underway, launch of digital solutions (including Farm-e-Val Swine), reinforcement of the Data-Farm division, and promotion of our phyto-expertise.
- A strong societal commitment: concrete actions in favor of safety, well-being at work, professional equality, the integration of young people, and the environmental transition (CSR roadmap, Life Cycle Analysis).
