CCPA Group Governance

A unique cooperative model driven by transparency, ethics, and strong human values.

Founded by agricultural cooperatives, the CCPA Group has been built for over 60 years on participatory and transparent governance

The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors operates according to the cooperative principle “one person, one vote,” ensuring equality among all its members. It brings together:

  • Six farmers, representatives of the owner cooperatives,
  • One representative of CCPA employee shareholders.

The involvement of our directors in governance is a major asset for the Group. It ensures decisions aligned with field realities, driven by professionals who have an intimate understanding of the technical, economic, and societal challenges of livestock farming and animal production sectors.

The directors bring valuable expertise, combining long-term vision with pragmatism.

Governance open to employees

Since 1994, CCPA’s governance has integrated the voice of its employees through the representative of the FCPE (CCPA Employee Investment Fund).

Elected by peers, this representative carries the voice of the teams and fosters dialogue between employees and the Board of Directors, thereby strengthening cohesion and collective commitment to the company’s mission.

The employee director carries the voice of employees and provides an operational perspective on the company, both in France and internationally.
