Acari® Program: a comprehensive approach to sustainable red mite control
Developed by CCPA, the Acari® Program combines nutritional solutions, environmental solutions, and a digital monitoring tool to support farmers in the sustainable management of red mites in poultry farming.
This program is based on the complementary action of Acariflash®, a nutritional solution based on plant-derived ingredients, and Acaritec, a solution based on amorphous silica, usable both during sanitary void periods and in the presence of animals. The entire system is managed by Acari®Tool, which tracks infestation evolution and adapts interventions to the actual parasite pressure level in each facility.
