The mission of the Canadian Concrete Pipe Association is to coordinate research and development, promotion, education and federal government relations programs pertaining to the marketing of high quality precast concrete wastewater and storm drainage products in Canada.

CCPA/ACTB was established by member firms of the Ontario Concrete Pipe Association, Tubécon (Québec concrete pipe producers), and producers from East and Western Canada in 1992. The CCPA/ACTB has a track record of nation-wide research, promotion and development of concrete pipe design and specification software.
